Roger Jeffries started this plumbing firm in 1968 working out of the basement of a house in Massey.
He built up the business along the way always working locally,
servicing West Auckland and the greater Auckland region. Always
employing and training local kids who would like to become a
plumber. This extended to his younger brother, his sons and more
recently one of his nephews. We believe being a family owned and
operated business with over 40 years in the industry gives us a
solid and trustworthy reputation.
The family is born and bred Westies and we still all live and
work here, at the workshop in Westgate drive, Massey. Pat Jeffries
his wife and staff mother has been there from the beginning also
and is still manning the office today. While Roger has moved on to
the greener pastures of retirement.
They were blessed with three boys who are now running Jeffries
Plumbing along side their parents. Brent, Craig and Glenn have all
been trained by their father through their apprenticeships and are
carrying on the family business. This trend could continue, as all
the boys have sons who one day may take over from them.
Currently we employee a further 10 staff, from apprentices in
their first year to craftsman plumbers. We put a great deal of
effort into training our guys and turning out good quality
tradesman, and we consider them to be part of the family.
